Accessibility and Disability

Accessibility

The Festival Aspériales’s Festival of Sommières welcomes disabled people and people with reduced mobility, so that they can attend the events in the best possible conditions.

What’s an accessible festival?

Our festival offers a special welcome for people with motor disabilities. Our facilities for disabled spectators include :

wheelchair-accessible parking lots, toilets and parking spaces.
accessible walkways and ramps.
elevated platforms near the stage for a better view of the performers.
disability-aware volunteers at reception and on the festival site.
reduced rates for the disabled, or even free admission for the accompanying person (depending on the artist), etc.

Let the team know you’re coming

People with disabilities are invited to fill in the handi-accueil form. It will enable our teams to prepare your arrival and accompany you to the festival in the best possible way.

Easy access for disabled people

Access to the concert for disabled festival-goers is easy. However, accompanying persons can drop off people with reduced mobility in front of the estate gate, before returning to the free parking lot at the foyer rural.

In the unlikely event of a shortage of parking spaces in the commune, a few spaces will be available on the estate at your discretion.

High up for a better view of the stage

Disabled people can enjoy a raised area near the main stage, so they can better see the artists.

Adapted toilets

All restrooms are accessible. Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available in one of our buildings.

Service Animals

Only assistance dogs are allowed on the estate. All animals that are specifically trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are welcomed. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness and be under control of the guest with a disability or designee.

The service animal must rest in the seating area with the person, not in the aisle. A doggie bar is available for your pet.

Our festival strives to improve its facilities for people with disabilities (PWD), so that everyone can enjoy the concerts in the best possible conditions.

Let us know!

Before purchasing your tickets, we invite you to complete the PSH application form by clicking on the button below.

Whether you’re a group or an individual, we have solutions to make the festival accessible to all. These services (dedicated reception team, platform or reserved seating, etc.) exist thanks to a partnership with Sommières Town Hall (Health Department).
