Image Rights – Copyright

To ensure that the festival remains accessible to everyone on the Internet and that copyright and image rights are respected, we would like to draw your attention to a few crucial points:

Filmed Festival

The Festival The Aspériales of Sommières team would like to inform you that every event can be filmed. If you take part in the festival, you expressly acknowledge that your image may be used in the production of audiovisual programs, as well as video or photographic reports.

Image Rights – Copyright

Anyone taking part in the Festival of Asperiales de Sommières grants, free of charge, the right to fix his image and voice by photography or video and the right to use them on all communication media, physical or digital, in connection with the organisation of the festival and related companies and/or the promotion of its activities, for a period of 10 years automatically renewed in the absence of refusal notified with three months’ notice, and on the territory of the European Union.

Remain anonymous

What happens if your photo/video is taken during the festival?

If you appear in one or more photos and do not wish them to be used for festival communications, please contact our association at [email protected]. If you notice that you are being photographed, you can also contact the photographer directly to tell him/her (with a smile) that you do not wish to appear in the shots.
